Sorry I didn't post yesterday there was nothing for me to post about well there was actually the weather?
Did anyone wake up to snow? We didn't but it started to snow about 9am and didn't stop till 4pm. It wasn't like a snow storm it was just light fikkle snow coming down.
So yesterday I had my 28 week check up at the midwives, Noémie is still laying transverse but I mean she has another 10 weeks to turn upside down.
Booked all my vital appointments for the next 4 weeks with midwife and doctors oh the joys of being pregnant I've never had so many appointments in my life.
I've been eating really healthy for the past 3 days. Yesterday I had cereal bran flakes with strawberries for breakfast. For lunch I had a homemade tuna salad wrap and then dinner I had a vegetarian farmhouse pie , creamed potatoes, and peas.
Today for breakfast i had two slices of toast with peanut butter.
Lunch was quorn chicken style strips (meat free) salad wrap and for dinner was chilli con carne (meat free) jacket potato and salad.
So I am quite proud of trying to stay healthy (by the time I give birth it will be easier for me to lose the baby weight)
But I am going to exclusively breastfeed well I'm going to try so according to my midwife you lose 500 calories a day by breastfeeding so hello summer body.
Anyways it is absolutely freezing out there so wrap up warm :)
Until another day.

Veggie me Mission Healthy!
Okay so today was my first day in mission; eat healthy veggie me! I am determined to do this, I just hope I have the will power to stay away from McDonald's double cheese burgers xD
This morning for breakfast I was always have the same thing 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and Jam and a cup of white deca tea with 2 sugars.
Lunch time I didn't really eat anything apart from a drink of Ribena.
Dinner time was a 6" 9 grain wheat tuna subway with no cheese and vegetables and a small diet coke. ( this was a big step for me cause usually I get a subway club but I decided on a healthier option )
Snacks; I had a bowl of cereal, and half a mango plus a hot cross bun as mini munches :)
All together my total calories was 1350 which I am quite happy with.
Tomorrow I'm going to eat some of my yummy veggie food.
What did you eat today?
Stay Yummy,
xo Nina

To Veggie or Not?
Okay so I'm like a part time veggie cause I do enjoy vegetarian food like tofu, veggie burgers, soya milk ect. But at the same time I do like to eat meat now and then, but I'm not a big eater only when it comes to McDonald's 😋
Now you've probably heard on the news that Tesco's, Asda, Iceland and Lidil have recalled there Beef burger products for containing horse meat (eww)
Hearing this information has put me off eating beef burgers for life.
So I kinda made the decision that I want to be more healthy and not eat meat being a vegetarian cause I do love fish especially sushi :D
So when little one is born I'm going to change my diet completely and become a veggie.
No cows milk. No meat. (I'm not sure about cheese cause I love cheese.. But I can live without it) hopefully this new diet change could help me lose weight become more healthier in giving breast milk and make a new change. But don't worry little one is going to eat some meats to get protein in her but I won't allow any processed foods like happy meals and pizza ect.
Could I do the change? Well I don't know just got to wait and see.
Let me know what you think about becoming a vegetarian and these burgers containing Horse Meat.
Stay Yummy :)

29 Week Update!
How far along? 29 weeks + 3
Total weight gain/measurements: 75kg which is 11 stone and a half :O
Maternity clothes: I have lived in PJs and baggy shirts since Christmas it's nice and comfy! I don't think I plan to buy any more maternity clothes apart from nursing bra's.
Best moment this week: There was two things. Meeting baby Haris for the first time at the hospital and seeing my little girl again on the scan.
Miss anything?: sleeping properly without feeling uncomfortable.
Movement: It really does depend on what she's doing. Some days she's lazy and just sleeps and don't move other days she's active.
Food cravings: probably decaf tea and chips.
Anything making you queasy or sick? smell of bacon and strong fish.
Gender: GIRL. I doubled check at the scan this week.
Labour signs: Nope!
Symptoms: achey pain between my thighs and just extreme fatigue.
Belly button in or out? OUT
Happy or moody most of the time: A bit of both…but it just depends on the person, had a lot of downer moments this week so that’s made me moody, but just thinking bout little one has made me happy :)
Looking forward to: The next 10 weeks and buying my pram!

The Start of 2013
Okay so, the last time I blogged on here is 9th December!! OMG I am so sorry!
But things have been quite hectic and I've only just realised that I can blog off my phone! Hello LIFE SAVER!
So currently I am 29 weeks + 3 EKKK! And things are going good, been going to the hospital a lot this week as little one has decided not wanting to move during the day but she's okay she's just a lazy little baby, LOL.
So this week my good friend Sonya gave birth to a gorgeous little boy, Haris. Born on the 13/01/13 at 5.52am weighing in at 7ilb 8oz. I got the chance to visit them in hospital (it took me and my mom like 30 minutes searching for the birthing unit) and he was so small and tiny. I actually can't believe he's arrived and Sonya did a amazing job.
I'm not very good at writing blogs but I want to try to keep blogging! I do have another blog on tumblr. But Blogger is more maturer, if that makes sense.
So I'm going to plan on blogging every week or on set days.
One of my favourite bloggers is Anna Saccone, so I'm going to take a bit from her and start doing my daily blogging.
So watch me cope through out the last 10 weeks of my pregnancy. Being a single mum is going to be tough but I can do it :)
Until next time,
xo Nina
